Northwestern Medicine’s Old Irving Park Outpatient Center is a four-story outpatient medical building located at 4445 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago. The center opened in November 2023 and was created to bring primary care, immediate care, and a broad set of specialties into one convenient neighborhood location. Services include cardiology, ophthalmology and optometry with an optical shop, urology, gastroenterology, physical and occupational therapy, orthopaedic surgery, medical oncology and infusion, imaging, and lab services, with additional specialties such as dermatology, endocrinology, and gynecology planned to follow.

The 160,000 square foot facility also includes a 350-space on-site parking garage and was designed with patient experience and sustainability in mind. Publicly cited features include EV charging, multiple green roofs, low-emitting materials, and a street-level entry plaza at Irving Park and Kenneth intended to improve arrival and access.
