UW Health’s Eastpark Medical Center is a seven-story ambulatory care destination located at 4621 Eastpark Boulevard in Madison. The center opened in October 2024 and was designed around coordinated, multi-specialty treatment, with major anchor programs in oncology and women’s services. The project brings advanced outpatient care, diagnostic services, research, and clinical support together in one setting, with spaces planned to improve movement between specialties and support future flexibility.
Henricksen supported the project with furniture delivery and installation across a large-scale healthcare environment with many different user needs. Clinical programs included infusion therapy, radiation therapy, proton therapy, diagnostic imaging, procedure rooms, lab functions, retail pharmacy, waiting areas, consult rooms, clinics, and staff-facing spaces. The building also emphasized patient and staff well-being through daylight, therapeutic environments, and a design approach shaped by research and stakeholder input.
We believe this project is a strong fit for your RFP because it connects directly to several major components of the AMC Tower, including oncology, advanced treatment, diagnostic imaging, clinical support, staff areas, and patient-centered care. It also reflects our experience coordinating furniture across a large, complex healthcare facility where consistency, comfort, flexibility, and operational readiness all mattered.
