Process Innovation & your Journey
For the AMC Tower, the experience around the furniture process matters as much as the final installation. Henricksen has invested in the people, tools, and processes needed to keep communication clear, decisions organized, and project activity moving from planning through Day Two support.
Our approach is built to reduce friction for NMHC, support the design and construction teams, and create a more predictable path through specification, pricing, procurement, logistics, installation, punch, and closeout.

Furniture
Hub
For a project as large and complex as the AMC Tower, clear access to information is critical. Henricksen’s Furniture Hub gives NMHC and the project team one organized place to review furniture standards, specifications, warranties, sustainability information, resources, and project updates.
This digital resource is designed to reduce back-and-forth, keep information easy to find, and support more efficient decision-making throughout the furniture process. It gives your team a practical tool for staying aligned from planning through installation and Day Two support.

Furniture has gone digital
When deployed for you, our furniture hub will include items like:
Access to Standards
Access all standards form your furniture project. You can view comprehensive information about the products used in your project, such as finishes, dimensions, manufacturer details, and specification sheets.

See Your Project Data
You can easily view all the data related to your projects, categorized by either phase or location.Access all project data in one place, including CAD drawings, floorplans, closeout documents, and BOMs.

Access to Budgetary Aids | Furniture Store
Get an estimate for your day-2 project using our budgetary aid programs before engaging us and submit any day 2 request for small items using your personalized furniture store.

Access to Research Documents

PlanGrid Project Platform
Henricksen will use PlanGrid to support furniture installation, document control, and field coordination. The platform allows project stakeholders to review current information, track status, communicate around open items, and maintain a clear record of project activity.
For a multi-floor healthcare project like the AMC Tower, this kind of visibility is important. It helps reduce confusion, supports faster issue resolution, and keeps the team aligned as work progresses across departments, floors, and installation phases.
Digital Project Management Using PlanGrid
For the AMC Tower, Henricksen will use digital project management tools to keep project information organized, current, and accessible. PlanGrid helps our team manage drawings, installation documentation, field notes, issue tracking, and project communication in one shared platform.
This supports a more coordinated process from planning through installation. It allows our team to identify issues earlier, document decisions clearly, track open items, and give NMHC better visibility into project activity as the furniture scope moves through each phase.

Live Design Capabilities
Henricksen designers leverage Configura CET to collaborate with clients and design firms to develop solutions in real time.
From these “live design” working sessions, our designers are able to finalize layouts, populate a complete floorplan, produce drawings and renderings, and generate a complete bill of materials ready to quote.
